That is stunning for its age, my friends is on a black croc strap not original I suspect, but his case has a release number on it and the box has a small plaque with the limited release details.

It has been a few years since I have seen it, he let me borrow it once and I recall the overwhelming feeling of having so much history and quality on my wrist...I absolutely adore mine but to have an original 68 -74 must be a bit special.

note...the one in the ad is I believe before they sent them into space so the glass is crystal and not hesalite plus no NASA inscription on the rear case which only appeared after Apollo 11, or gasket on the back plate. I suspect this is a very early 68 model as the 321 calibre was changed to the 861 calibre which eventually became the 1861 calibre we still have today. My friends watch is the 861 calibre and in absolute mint condition...
