I did a quick look at Tire Rack for some basic data.

Bridgestone RE050A RFT 255-30-19
Weight 26lbs/ea Height not listed, revolutions per mile 827.

PS2 265-30-19
Weight 24lbs/ea, Height 25.3", revs per mile 822

PS2 275-30-19
Weight 25lbs/ea, Height 25.6", revs per mile 814

Keep in mind if you go with a wider tire in the same 30 aspect ratio your sidewall will actually be slightly taller. Might be enough to save your wheel in the event of hitting something.

Personally I think the 19" stock wheels with RFT tires are destined to fail. They are a low cast cast wheel with a very low profile tire that has the stiffest possible sidewall. Upgrade to forged wheels for the added strength and ditch the RFT's.
