I done this retrofit on my 2010 E89 35is in Taiwan. BMW agent quotes these retrofit part list for me as follows and it around USD,10,000. It may help you guys who wants to do it and find break down.
some connector pins need to be jump and replace by retrofit wires, and footwell module as well, and then coding around 3 to 4 hours.
