The Continental Extreme Contact DW is a really good tire and way better than OEM RFT or any RFT. I had a set on the e89 before the Michelins, the Michelins are ridiculous sticky but more expensive - you can't go wrong with either, but if you want the very best and the price difference is not an issue, go Michelin.
I went a width larger with 235-40 up front and 265-35 in back. The stock 19" rims can handle 10mm wider if you wish with no problem. You have listed the stock size tire and that is fine too.
