Sure there is a speed limit. 120 KM/H like almost everywhere in the world, only some parts of the German autobahn stay the dream still really open to drive free.
Here in Qatar are many Speed traps. But when go into the dessert there is not much travic and the road is great, so it means just keep your eyes good open.
