i am sure there is case law where following a common problem the manufacturer is responsible for all claims. selling an item that is not fit for purpose is not allowed.
it is obvious the issue comes in this category and it is not driver abuse
BMW should be ashamed for not issuing a recall. if it wasn't for the fact the tyres were runflats, in other words you don't get a blow-out and potential accident i am sure they would have been forced to do something about it
