Interesting I use the LUX and mine do not flicker at all. In fact they don't dim either. When I open the the car they light up and on locking they turn off nothing else. The only dimming I see is from the interior cabin lighting.

Depends on what version you have. The ones I posted are the V4s (newest ones) and these flicker.
The V3s (last generation) also flickered, but occasionally on start-up only. I have seen non-flickering LUX as well, so maybe yours is one of those, but not exactly sure on the version.
