Probability of being a 1%er picking someone randomly off the street, by definition, is 1%.
Probability of being a 1%er if you pick a random McLaren driver is maybe like 50-60% (I'm pulling these numbers out of my ass but you get the point).
The median income of a Porsche 911 driver is $380,000/year, for example, which is basically right at the 1% mark. So among Porsche 911 drivers the probability of being a 1%er is 50%, by definition.
