Good response/advice from Morfinx. Your profile doesn't state what BMW model you drive or the model year; assuming Z4. Be aware that BMW changed the TPMS sensors in the wheels and the corresponding sensors inside the e89 Z4 after 9/2010. My 2011 is a 3/2010 build date that wasn't compatible with a set of wheels/tires I bought off a 2011 iS built after the config change.
The Burger Motor Sport JB4 tuner can turn on/off your TPMS alert using commands from the steering wheel or Macht Schnell makes a box to nullify the TPMS system if you choose a by-pass option. These options are intended to accomodate the track day tire changes from street tires to race tires, ie off road application only.
