Have you looked thru the "Engine, Transmission, Exhaust, Drivetrain, ECU Software Modifications" sub-forum here? Lots of information there. Also a lot of info on YouTube regarding tuning the BMW n54. I don't have a tune on my Z4 35i, but I think the Burger Motorsports JB4 and MHD Tuning are well known and work well. Depending on how much horsepower you are seeking there are a number of improvements you will need to do, such as downpipes, charge pipe, intercooler, air intake, and a number of other parts.
