I have had Nokian and Blizzaks when I lived in the Snowbelt of upstate NY. Narrow is better. Four is better than two. Blizzak were amazing on ice, nokia better in deeper snow. This was some years ago so you might try Tire Rack reviews. Also these are winter tires as opposed to all season.
When I had a Corvette up there I used it on ski trips but had a very cheap Honda daily driver which I sold for about what it cost. I would find a way to do that so that you don,t get that salt under and inside yr Z. Also consider mounting on some cheap steel wheels.
