You know these M43C marine engines weigh in the range of 80 to 100+ tons right?

I think the BMWs claim that this is the highest HP mass production diesel 6 cyl is accurate.

People seem to immediately compare to 8 cyl (or building sized marine engines) which I guess is the ultimate flattery for the BMW engineers behind this motor!
