To correct for this while the vehicle is in park, first adjust your right mirror to the desired location then move the selector to the left hand position. move the gear selector to reverse and notice that the mirror moves downward. Wait until the mirror moves completely down before selecting another gear or park again. After returning the vehicle to the park position wait for the mirror to readjust itself before turning off your vehicle to prevent the last known position from being overwritten in memory.
