there was a huge difference between the top in the E85 vs the E89. I suspect while there could eb isolated issues with it that the major bugs have been ironed out. The major issues with the E85 was that the pump was in the same location where the water would drain (or not drain if you will) causing it to rust, corrode and eventually fail.
